About This File

This is an edit of Khajiit Overhaul - SAM Patch by Hedy,  this time made for humanoid feet. Credit to them for the base. I improved the textures and normal maps, made them 4K, changed the schlong textures and made it compatible with other mods I use. I highly recommend also installing Beast Feet by LustyBeast and Sandow PP Ripped Bodies SAM by kunolandalin with my patches. (I'm still not an expert on editing textures and stuff so feel free to improve upon this further if you can).

This was made for Special Edition, not sure if it'll work with LE.

Requirements:

Khajiit Overhaul SSE (Regular version)

SAM Light

Recommended:

Sandow PP Ripped Bodies SAM (If you're gonna use this mod I recommend downloading the  PP Ripped Bodies Compatability patch in the downloads section as well as the 4K or 2K version, make sure to override the original)

Beast Feet (To match the black fingernails)

Schlong of SAM

SAM Morphs for RaceMenu

Beast Race Bodypaints and Flawn's Argonian Overlays (Overlays for beast races, seen in screenshots)

Flawn's Argonians (make sure to download the SAM patch in the files section, if you also use beast feet download the beast feet patch in the download section here)

 

Only download one of the following:

1) 4K version

2) 2K version

3) Ripped Version (Abs by default). This one is for those that don't want to use Sandow PP Ripped Bodies but still want their khajiit to have rock-hard abs regardless of weight level. This is 4K by default.

Optional Files:

1) PP Ripped Bodies Compatibility - this is to use with  Sandow PP Ripped Bodies so your khajiit will have different normal maps (abs and muscle definition) depending on the weight slider.

2) Flawn's Argonians Beast Feet Patch - for those who use Flawn's Argonians (highly recommended, especially if you use PP ripped bodies) and Beast Feet. This patch fixes the male argonian's toenails to match their fingernails. Let it override Flawn's Argonians. Also make sure to download the SAM patch in their files section.

 

The idle animations from the screenshots are from Vanargand Animations by Verolevi on Nexus.

I adjusted the textures on the body, penis, changed the head texture. The previous flies were too compressed so that has been fixed (no blocky normal maps anymore). The head texture is a lot smoother now and matches the female version better. Now it can be used with overlays, tattoos and face paints more efficiently (if you prefer the old head texture just delete the "khajiitmalehead.dds" and "khajiitmalehead_s.dds" in the .rar folder under textures > actors > character > KhajiitMale)

This has really now almost become it's own standalone texture mod with how much I've changed it but I still give massive credit to Hedy  for the base textures and meshes that conformed with the SAM body. Been kind of obsessed lately with fiddling around with this project but I'm very happy with the result so far.

2.1 - Tweaked the textures a bit more and fixed the tail normal maps so it should better match with the body. Also edited the body normal maps so the seams on the hips should be far less visible and the body be more fur textured.

Only download one of the following:

1) 4K version

2) 2K version

For the longest time I wanted someone to fix the khajiit textures, notably the feet! So thanks a lot man! 
 keep up the good work! : )

      I made this actually years ago and never thought to publish it. Mainly because I am an exhausted, disabled blob. Texture made by me in Substance Painter.
      But now I made myself work to make it publish ready. I thought I write it down, so people can see how much one has to do, even for such a tiny mod. Now you can imagine what I have to do for my other bigger mods. It's a nightmare to publish stuff for you guys, not gonna lie. 
      Changed cubemap pathing in the mesh, to have it's own, so it doesn't conflict with Vobla's existing cubemap folder pathing. So you guys don't get a conflict and have to worry what it is. Went into game, traveled on different locations, weather and spawned Wispmothers to see if she looks ok in all kind of instances. For that I had to look up her record id and use console. Went into game, did the same thing again for screenshots, that I made with FreeFlyCam. Which I should credit more often because without FreeFlyCam I would be f*****.  Edited the screenshots for Mod Publish in photoshop, which is seriously a pain. I hate it. Moved my mod folder to desktop, compressed textures to BC7 and deleted all unnecessary workfiles, packed it as a 7zip. Moved it back to my mod folder, and uploaded it to my MEGA. Writing this description, remembering what I used, who to credit, finding the links for the description. I probably forgot stuff that I am doing. And this isn't mentioning all the mental prep and work one has to do, whilst doing this all. Thinking of all kind of things. And this is only a tiny mod. 
      And I have to redo the links again when I publish this on different places. Which now, is semi fine, because now it's three links. But for my big mods it's like "500" links.  This is the main reason why I don't publish much anywhere else, but my own mod blog.

      It's only one mesh and textures for the Wispmother herself. The cloth parts are vanilla - I like them as they are. 4K, BC7  Just install with your mod manager, let it overwrite everything. No LE version, because I don't use LE, sorry.

      If you want to do something with the files, ask me for permission.

      Heya, So i'm having a issue in skyrim SE, Its a issue ive had before, managed to solve it but as of right now i cannot and i want to literally scream.
      i got the setup of High poly conversion, sam/sos from savren flawns argonians + dredds s&s . but the feet NEVER scale with the body/morphs. what is the solution to this?

      Here's my final update I'll be doing the starfield project on my own add it's been incredibly hard to get any type of feedback for help but I am making leeway. That being said I will be removing myself from this site as it's been a little hard here and there and someone deleted the previous post or discuss. I actually quite enjoyed some of the feedbacks yeah sharing updates with the work.
       
      But I guess somehow I violated some type of rules posting as no one can see it anymore. I wish you all the best. Thank you for everyone has been welcoming and supporting and being nice.
